General Attendee Registration

General Registration is for NASWA members, others and vendors who are NOT exhibiting or sponsoring an event. If you are sponsoring an event or exhibiting, please click here to register.

The registration fee is:

$475 for NASWA members and others*. After January 29, 2010, the fee is $525.

$575 for Vendors** that are NOT exhibiting or sponsoring an event. After January 29, 2010, the fee is $625.

This includes the program, materials, meals, and evening events for the conference. Checks (payable to the National Association of State Workforce Agencies) or purchase order may be used to pay registration fees. Or you may register on-line using Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express credit cards.

Registration fee payments may be mailed separately or paid on site. It is not necessary to delay submitting a registration form or reserving a hotel room in order to send the fee. Please reference the attendee's name(s) to ensure proper credit if the payment is mailed separately. Please note that we cannot accept credit card payments on site.

NASWA members may bring a guest. The guest fee is $175 and must be paid on site. This includes all meals (2 breakfasts, lunch, reception, and all breaks). Guests are not permitted in meeting sessions or workshops. Guests cannot be employees of a vendor, sponsor or exhibitor.

Refund and Billing Policy:  Registration fees, minus a $50 handling fee, will be refunded provided a written notice of cancellation is received by January 29, 2010. No refund will be made for cancellations received after January 29, 2010. All refunds will be paid approximately 45 days after the meeting.
