Present your products and services to high-level state and national workforce development system policymakers. All exhibitors and sponsors will have an opportunity to introduce their companies' products and services in a "Two-Minute Drill" during the opening plenary session. Exhibits will be open throughout the conference in a room that will also feature refreshments for conference attendees during session breaks.

Fees and Terms

Exhibitors: $2000.00
Sponsors: $2000.00
Registration and payment deadline is January 29, 2010

BOTH Exhibitors & Sponsors Will Receive:

  • One full conference registration (additional registrations are $575)

  • Logo and URL on Workforce ATM Winter Policy Forum Webpage
  • Participant List
  • Listing in registration packet

In Addition, ONLY Sponsors Will Receive:

  • Banner/Signage at Sponsored Event
  • Name Badge as Sponsor

In Addition, ONLY Exhibitors Will Receive:

  • 8x8 exhibit space with 6 foot skirted table
  • 2 chairs, and wastebasket
  • Name Badge as Exhibitor

Sponsorship terms: A limited number of sponsorships are available per event. Sponsorships will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis with a maximum of two sponsors per event. Please indicate which event you would like to sponsor where indicated on the registration form:

  • Welcome Reception
  • Opening Reception
  • Luncheon
  • Theme Break
  • Breakfast
  • Conference Program

Exhibitor terms: If payment is not received by January 29, 2010, exhibit space may be released to waiting list recipient. Cancellations must be received in writing by January 29, 2010. There is a $50 cancellation fee.

Setup Time: February 17 - 2:00 p.m. - 5:30 p.m.
Exhibit Hours: February 17 - 5:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.
  February 18 - 7:00 a.m. - 7:30 p.m.
  February 19 - 7:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
Tear Down: February 19 12:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.

With confirmed registration, you will receive the Hyatt's Exhibitor Policies and Procedures and Exhibitor Utility Charge sheet as well as hotel contact information for additional exhibit space requirements.
