This includes exhibitor space, one full conference registration, and meals. Additional exhibitor registrations cost $0.00. Once you have registered on-line, you will get an e-mail confirmation. Exhibit spaces are available and will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis. Deadline for registration and payment is August 1, 2005. If payment is not received, exhibit space may be released to waiting list recipient. Cancellations must be received in writing by August 6th.
