The National Association of State Workforce Agencies (NASWA) invites you to the NASWA 2004 Annual Conference. This year's event will be hosted by the Kentucky Department for Employment Services at the Hyatt Regency in Louisville, September 14-17, 2004.
NASWA is the national organization of state administrators of unemployment insurance, employment and training services, and labor market information programs. Members include representatives of all 50 states, the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico. The mission of NASWA is to strengthen the national workforce development system through information exchange, liaison and advocacy.
Our exhibitors and sponsors will be showcased in a dynamic atmosphere among the nation's workforce policy decision-makers. Your business will gain maximum exposure with this diverse group, most familiar with workforce, technology and delivery systems. Exhibitors and/or sponsors at the Man O'War and Secretariat levels will have the opportunity to introduce their companies' products and services in a "Two Minute Drill" during the opening plenary session. Don't miss this chance to highlight your company to all participants!
Exhibitors will also have an opportunity to showcase their products or services in an exhibit area for two full days. The exhibit area is located in a spacious and secure prefunction area just outside the ballroom that will be used for meals and plenary sessions. Only 11 exhibit areas are available, so act fast! You also have the opportunity to gain recognition at several other levels by supporting a breakfast, break, luncheon, or one of the evening activities. Exhibit space and sponsorship are available on a first come basis. Confirmation is based on receipt of payment.
This packet includes information on how to register as a sponsor and/or exhibitor; the benefits associated with each level of sponsorship; and an application form. We encourage you to consider these opportunities as soon as possible as space is limited. Your support will not only add to your company's visibility, but ensures that the NASWA Conference will continue to be a successful forum for our highest ranking state and national workforce professionals.
