he Commonwealth of Kentucky is proud to host the National Association of State Workforce Agencies (NASWA) 2004 Annual Conference in Louisville, Kentucky. NASWA is the national organization of state administrators of unemployment insurance, employment and training services, and labor market information programs. Member agencies represent all 50 states, the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico.

This year's conference site was the Hyatt Regency located in the heart of downtown Louisville, a centrally located city rich in history and tradition. As the nation's 16th largest city, Louisville offered all the amenities required for a first-class conference, both in and outside of the meeting rooms. With Churchill Downs, home of the Kentucky Derby just a few miles away, there is no better place to follow the conference theme of "On the Right Track."
