Transportation
Meeting attendees are responsible for individual travel arrangements to and from Hartford, as well as ground transportation. Taxi service from Bradley International Airport Hartford (BDL) to the Hilton Hartford is approximately $35. Enterprise is the Hilton's preferred car rental company offering discounted rates. Conference Assistance
There will be representatives from the Connecticut Department of Labor available throughout the conference to assist with information and questions. In addition, each guest will be provided with a valuable portfolio of information about the local area.

Guest Evening Event Passes
We welcome your guests to participate in the evening events at the conference. Payment may be made at the conference registration area upon check-in for $150 per guest.
Refund and Billing Policy
Registration fees, minus a $50 handling fee, will be refunded provided a written notice of cancellation is received by Monday, August 27. No refund will be made for cancellations received after that date. All refunds will be paid by check approximately 45 days after the conference.
