The Reemployment Dollar Menu: New York State's Investment Yields Great Value

Using funds from the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act, Reemployment Services (RES), the New York Department of Labor has partnered with Burning Glass Technologies in adapting their existing recruiting tool to better work for New York's unemployed. Staff members from one-stop centers submit customer resumes to a specific site, where they are then "matched" with existing job openings in the New York Job Bank.
