NASWA has instituted an on-line registration system for conferences for your convenience and to help track meeting attendance and payment information.

Click on the registration link and enter the information requested. Make sure the EMAIL address is correct. You may opt to pay for the meeting using a purchase order number or mailed check. Additionally, you may use a credit card to register on-line. No credit cards are accepted on-site. Guest fees for Wednesday night dinner should be remitted to NASWA prior to the conference.

Credit Card Payment Help

When selecting a Credit Card to pay for the conference, please consider the following:

1. On the Credit Card page, where your credit information is collected, please enter a value for EVERY field. Credit Card Number: Enter full number with no spaces or hyphens. Address: This information refers to the address of where the Credit Card bill is sent. If you are using a corporate or state card, please make sure you know what the correct address and ZIP code is. Credit Card information submitted without the correct address and ZIP code cannot be processed and will be declined. This is a security feature used by the credit card companies to verify the transaction and help prevent on-line Credit Card fraud.
   


2. The messages that you may receive when registering by Credit Card are:

   a. Credit Card has expired
   b. Invalid Credit Card number
   c. Invalid expiration date
   d. Credit Card declined
       If Credit Card was declined because the address and ZIP code did not match, it will be stated.

3. You will receive an email confirmation of your registration. The email will be sent to the email address you entered for the attendee. If you do not receive an email confirmation, please contact NASWA. NASWA personnel can verify that your registration was processed and that you are on the list of attendees
